REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer either a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference. Once we receive the returned product, we'll try to process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
Please note, if the product is returned without its original packaging, is opened, used, or has been partially consumed, PPL Food and Agro reserves the right to adjust the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately using the contact information provided. We will begin processing your request once the seller or merchant has verified the issue. Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.
Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Products:
If the product you received doesn’t match the description on our website or doesn’t meet your expectations, please get in touch with customer service within 15 days. We will review your complaint and take appropriate action. The product should not be opened or used.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-8 days for the funds to appear in your account. If your payment was processed through a third-party provider, the refund may take up to 5-7 additional days to appear in your account.
Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Products:
In the rare event that your product is damaged during shipping, has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost (except logistics). To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. For transit damages, kindly take photos within 24 hours of receiving the product and email them to pplfoodandagro@gmail.com or contact our customer service team via the number on the product label.
To get a replacement, email us your order number or invoice copy to pplfoodandagro@gmail.com and the reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the product back to us.
