Order cancellation,
Our customers can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time (i.e., until the order is confirmed). If the order is confirmed, I request you to please contact the customer care department for any such request, which depends on the status of the order flow; our advisors shall advise you of the probable solution.
Any fraudulent transaction by a customer or any action against our policies or T&C, we at our sole discretion will cancel your order and you shall be listed under a list which shall not allow you to order with us thereafter.
We have a "no questions asked return and replacement policy," which allows our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if, due to some reason, they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product with us and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products, which will returned the amount to their account, and this can be used to on your next order (in case of replacement: a fresher, same product shall be delivered and replaced with the one you hold, which is listed on the invoice)
